December Wilderness Therapy Workshop
Join me for a 3-hour Wilderness Therapy workshop to get to know a place and be known by it.
We’ll meet in the same location once a month for a year. Attendance each month is not mandatory; come as you are able. Each session will allow us to explore, deepen our sense of belonging and shift our perspectives. An opportunity to soften and drop deeper into our bodies.
Everyone is encouraged to bring a lunch to enjoy while mingling after the workshop.

Time: 10am-1pm
